Alternate Realities Conference, Part III
From the mainstream media, one might get the impression that the U.S. government is skeptical or even indifferent toward global warming. According to UFOlogists, however, a massive, covert government program has been going on for several years to spray tiny metal particles in the atmosphere, ostensibly to deflect the sun's heat energy in a desperate attempt to reduce global warming by one or two percent.
This program of geo-engineering, called "chemtrails," was a hot topic of conversation at the Alternate Realities Conference June 27-29 at Roan Mountain State Park, Tenn.
UFOlogists, whose job is to scan the skies, have been noticing white-painted, unmarked jets and tankers leaving wide trails of vapor criss-crossing the sky, too low for regular contrails and off regular commercial flight paths. The trails have been photographed from the ground and also from satellites.
Ominously, flu-like symptoms, rashes and other complaints, even increased deaths, have been reported in their wake. An enormous amount of data on chemtrails has been published on the Internet at "www.rense.com/politics6/chemdatapage.html" and "www.carnicom.com/contrails.htm."
Psychoanalyst Constance Clear, who was at the ARC to speak on her experiences with abductees, said she was "all wound up" over the issue. Holding forth at a table selling copies of her book Reaching for Reality: Seven Incredible True Stories of Alien Abduction, she also displayed a collection of photos, clippings and documents on chemtrails.
"This is from the New England Journal of Medicine, from a study done at Johns Hopkins, 50 million people in the study. They looked at 20 major cities studying the effect of 10 micron particulate in the air and what the researchers found was that for every increase in PM10 levels there was a five percent increase in deaths within the next 24 hours. And this is ruling out homicide, suicide and accidents," she said.
Additional symptoms are rashes, sores, shortness of breath, disorientation, stiff neck, gastrointestinal problems, twitching eyelids, severe headache, and congestion, she said. She said most of the victims were found to have "fungus in their blood. This aluminum oxide is causing microplasmic fungus to come down, and we have no defense against this."
Pointing to another document, she said, "I have the patent right here. It's in the name of Edward Teller, father of the H-Bomb out of Hughes Aircraft. It is called 'Stratospheric Wellsbach Seeding for Reduction of Global Warming.' The idea is it will reflect back one percent of the earth's radiation."
Earle Benezet, director of the Kentucky Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), agreed. "We're doing geoengineering. We've been doing it for the last eight years. I've gotten a pair of binoculars and looked. Those planes are KC-135s, KC-110s, 747s. They're painted bright white, with no markings on them.
"Edward Teller, father of the H-Bomb about 58 weeks ago, live, 6:30 in the evening on CBS-News' 'Eye on America,' said we need to do geo-engineering, we don't have 200 years to wait. The best way is to put billions of tiny particles in the upper atmosphere, cut out one or two percent of the sun's heat energy and slow down warming. What he didn't say was we've been doing it for eight years. It doesn't work."
Benezet said a UN report warned that "in 50 years we're going to lose thousands of coastal cities under 400-700 feet of water. The ice caps are melting fast."
"It's a desperate act," Clear said. "They're predicting that the human species will be extinct within 20 years. This aerial spray program is an effort to stop the UV summer that is predicted to kill between 2 and 4 billion people."
She moved from California to remote Show Low, Ariz., to get away from the spraying. "They're chemtrailing everywhere I go. At least I'm in an area where it blows away," she said.
She said she became interested in the phenomenon when she heard a lecture by lawyer and Louisiana MUFON Director Greg Avery at a conference in Corpus Christi, Texas. "Gregory Avery had close-ups of these planes," she said.
"He saw them over San Antonio (Texas). There's no flight pattern over San Antonio. This is not moisture. They did soil and water samples in Ontario in 1999 and found seven times the allowable amount of aluminum. It's either a desperate act or a diabolical act or both." She added that corporations could be supporting the plan because they could "make a great deal of money as we buy their products to reduce our suffering."
The U.S. has other plans for an apocalyptic catastrophe, she said. One plan is "an executive order, signed into law under Ronald Reagan, EO-11490. It says if our national security is threatened, any national emergency type situation, they could put this in effect. The Postal Service will register all persons and families, the Dept. of the Interior will take control of all electric power, petroleum and gas; the Dept. of Agriculture will take control of all food resources, the Dept. of Commerce takes over production and distribution of commodities, the Dept. of Labor is in charge of mobilizing civilian manpower, etc. etc. All our freedoms are gone.
"This is signed on April 5, 1984 by Ronald Reagan," she said, pointing to another document in her scrapbook. "It's called the National Security Decision Directive, NDSS No. 84, codenamed Rex 84, which authorizes ten huge prison camps located in key defense commands throughout the United States. There's also a huge one million-acre restricted area complex in Alaska to be used for brainwashing of government opponents."
