Born in Australia, I still have a natural inclination to see things from an upside down perspective. Therefore, I believe that, beyond all their apparent lust for power, Hillary and the Clinton family actually want us to vote for … “Donald Trump”.
As opposed to their apparently insatiable lust for power and wealth, I believe that somewhere deep within their souls there dwells an original personal decency, love of country and an innate and very human capacity to place the welfare of the whole above personal or family self interests. And likewise, as it is for us all, these original inclinations have been challenged from the dawn of human history.
But as Lord Acton said, “Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” That’s where we, the American people, come in.
Now in the era of WikiLeaks, two thousand years later, the warning in Luke 12:2-3, has come to pass:
“Nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever you have said in the dark shall be heard in the light, and what you have whispered in private rooms shall be proclaimed on the housetops.”
In light of the nonstop revelations of Pay for Play and the disturbing proof of Mrs. Clinton’s reckless use of a private email server, a vote for Clinton Inc. is nothing less than an endorsement of their sordid, no longer secret reality. A rejection of Clinton Inc., on the other hand, presents us with an opportunity to initiate a process that can liberate ourselves from such corruption and create an environment in which we will be free to investigate, expose, prosecute and extricate ourselves from the intellectual, cultural, moral and ethical morass that we have been duped into enabling and co-creating. Ultimately, when the Clintons have made restitution and been rehabilitated, they will thank us.
In this new world the inevitable scandals about to envelope Clinton Inc. will be properly relegated to the sidelines of American life, NOT, from behind the desk of the oval office.
As I wrote recently, somewhere in America right now, there is a woman whose education, training, experience, leadership qualities and fundamental decency is preparing her to become the first female president of this great nation. Hillary Clinton is NOT that woman. We cannot permit such a flawed person to steal this magnificent achievement….and for the Clintons’ sake we must release both of them from the historical embarrassment and shame about to be visited upon them and our country….and vote “Trump” for President!
I know for many folks this is an unpalatable option. But here’s the bottom line. We have a choice between a corrupted past and present — exposed for literally all the world to see — and heralded remarkably by the entire Democratic media and party establishment or, an uncertain future headed by an unlikely outsider, Donald Trump.
That Democratic Party behemoth, like most tyrannies, will not pass meekly into the night. What it does so well is to attack and shame its challengers into submission by correctly calling out their sins such as Donald Trump’s offensive, perhaps unsolicited hugs and kisses and the pockets of latent racism and bigotry lingering in all hearts and in society in general.
Behind this smokescreen and the conscience-driven self-doubt it creates in dissidents, is massive corruption and a radical agenda undermining and destroying the principles and core trust upon which the cohesion of our society rests.
One brilliantly effective weapon in this cultural war has been the imposition of a political correctness which encourages, just like the Nazis and Marxist Leninists of an earlier time, the vilification and suppression of free speech other than that which concurs with and advances a radical, not at all progressive agenda.
History does not always advance smoothly. For the moment though, we still have a society which can initiate change peacefully. There are still two sides of history to choose from. Gathered on one side are the mainstream media, all the Clinton Inc. surrogates, the political, intellectual and celebrity elites including some surprising names in the Republican Party.
The alternative is a movement for genuine change led by an unlikely, imperfect and larger then life, Donald Trump, who promises to “drain the swamp” in Washington DC.
An indication of what a Trump Presidency would look like can be seen in his appeal that that black and disenfranchised minority communities must be emancipated from their new masters…the Democratic political and intellectual elites who have made an industry out of victimhood. If we can take him at his word, Donald Trump sees massive human potential deserving to be unleashed, rather than needy victims requiring perpetual support,
It may be too late for the millions who have already cast their ballot, but for the rest of us there is time and the opportunity to step onto the right side of history.
For our nation and yes, for the Clintons’ sake, deny them the White House, call time on the corrupted universe they occupy and vote for the change we and especially they so desperately need.
